As part of our design and marketing services, Zap Nep may incorporate third-party licensed resources (such as images, icons, vectors, or templates) from platforms including but not limited to Canva, Adobe Stock, Pixels, Pixabay, Unsplash, Freepik, etc. These assets are used under their respective licenses and form part of the overall creative output.
- Clients are granted usage rights for the final deliverables created by Zap Nep.
- The raw third-party files themselves are not resold or transferred.
- Ownership of such third-party assets remains with the original licensors.
- Clients may not extract, resell, or redistribute these third-party assets outside of the final deliverables provided.
This ensures that your brand receives unique, customised work while remaining compliant with licensing terms.
